  1. How do you train to drop so much time?!?

    • I do a combinaton of things:

      1. long runs at steady paces
      2. tempo runs
      3. I ALWAYS incorporate negative splits into my workouts
      3. Track work…although I could be better with this!
      4. At least 8 hours of sleep every night
      5. GOOD nutrition
      6. PACE GROUPS!! haha! They work! 🙂
      7. A whole lot of heart!
