  13. Nice, easy-to-read list! Hm, well I don’t generally fixate on just one miracle food but a few I like to think of as healthy (ha!) are dark chocolate—lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, helps brain function, improves mood, and so on—and red wine. Resveratrol is sounding more and more like a miracle, so I feel OK drinking a glass.
