It was Meatloaf night last night in the Bruneman casa! I served it with some cheesy au gratin potatoes and broccoli. Keith was a happy man with that in his belly! Truth? I RARELY crave meat so usually when Keith wants his meat I opt for something else. So last night I served myself a fillet of Orange Ruffy (yes I could probably eat Orange Ruffy every night for the rest of my life and die happy!) What can I say? I am a fish girl!
This morning has been good…I ran 10 miles at an EASY 8:40/pace because truthfully I am SORE (in a FABULOUS way)from Body Pump yesterday! I am going to be logging 2 workouts a day on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from now on so I gotta suck it up! (Who am I kidding…you know I love it!!!) Tuesdays and Thursdays I will do my run in the early morning and then head to Body Pump mid-morning and then on Fridays I will do my morning run and then I am going to try out this water class called H2O Athletic Training. So we’ll see how that goes. I will keep you posted! I am just trying to spice up my routines but I will not give up my runs so this is as good as it gets people! I love logging my 55-60 miles a week and without it I would be a sad blogger…but this will be fun to add in some extra stuff and especially get the weights in! Plus how fun is water?! Um…yeah…all about it!
